The goal is to combine cards to form sets or runs after each player is dealt a certain number of cards from a standard deck. While a run is made up of three or more consecutive cards of the same suit, a set isplay slots with real money made up of three or four cards of the same rank. In order to improve their hands and strategically prevent opponents from finishing their own melds, players alternately draw cards from the deck or the discard pile.
