To build runs & sets of cards in your hand and eliminate all of your cards before your opponents is the ultimate aim of the game. Three or four cards of the same rank make up a set, & three or more consecutive cartoefl slotsds of the same suit make up a run. Each player is dealt a hand of cards to begin the game, & the draw pile is formed by the remaining cards that are laid face down on the table. The discard pile, which is created by putting a card face up next to the draw pile, & the draw pile are the two piles from which players draw cards alternately. Players must discard one card from their hand to the discard pile after drawing a card.
