Disclaimer
A set number of cards—typically 10 or 13, depending on the variant being played—are dealt to each player at the beginning of the game. The top card is positioned face-up to form a discard pile, & the remaining cards form a draw pigames apkle. When drawing cards, players alternate between the draw and discard piles, trying to create valid sets (three or four cards of the same rank) or sequences (three or more consecutive cards of the same suit). Players must monitor the moves of their opponents while planning their own gameplay as they draw and discard cards. Until one player successfully melds every card into a valid set or sequence, declaring "Rummy" & ending the round, the game goes on.
